Step by Step Buying Procedure
1. Contact us and Visit the Location & the Model house of the housing project of your CHOICE,
personally or thru your representative (SPA)
*if possible together with your family to feel the environment of the new location of your Home
2. Choose the location of your desired House Unit, Block Number, Lot Number
& House Color (if there is more than 1 color) thru Developer's Sales Map
3. Decide what will be your most CONVENIENT Mode and Terms of Payment
*Mode of Payments:
a. Pag-ibig Financing
b. Inhouse Financing
c. Bank Financing
d. Cash Deferred Payment - 24 equal monthly installment ZERO interest (2 yrs)
e. Spot Cash Payment - avail of discounts if fully paid within 1 year
*Terms of Payments:
a. Downpayment payable in how many months?
b. Balance (Loan Amount) payable in how many years?
*Tip: Ideally Mortgage Payments should not be Higher than 30%
of your Total Monthly Income (Or it depends on what financing you will avail)
4. Fill-up Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS) and Reservation Agreement Form (developer's form)
5. Pay the Corresponding Reservation Fee (which will be part of your DP) at Developer's Office Cashier
6. Sign the following Developer Forms (to be submitted together with the Requirements):
